The market for ancillary items that originate from the production of films is a lucrative and often untapped one. Film posters, photo stills, and now even items such as wireless cell phone applications (“Apps”) are used in the marketing of a film, but once the film is midway through or concluding the run of the film these products are too easily ignored. The truth of the matter is that these products can bring in considerable revenues all on their own. AnApparition Limited is raising finance to acquire and develop the licensing, online, mobile application, music, memorabilia and innovation rights for motion picture films in such a way so as to enable investors to qualify for tax benefits under the EIS and it is intended that the Company will operate a qualifying trade under the rules of the EIS, for which advance assurance has been confirmed with HMRC. Legible Films Limited

All great films start with a great script, but they close with a bonded script. Legible is a new UK company dedicated to bringing great scripts into production through dedicated and professional development. Legible has begun its operation in September 2010 by acquiring the rights to develop several projects ready for production. Their work comprises six different elements, adding value to existing scripts, and establishing final financing conditions. Legible takes over ownership of chain of title for script to be developed in order to become part of the underlying intellectual property rights, secure future rights in sequels, spin-offs, remakes and ancillary exploitation. Earl of Sandwich (No.1) plc

Robert Earl, founder and CEO of Planet Hollywood, partnered with two direct descendants of John Montagu to launch the Earl of Sandwich restaurants. Lord John Montagu, the 11th Earl of Sandwich and his son, the Honorable Orlando Montagu provided the legacy and oversight to this exciting concept.The first Earl of Sandwich restaurant opened in Orlando, Florida in March 2004. A Las Vegas site opened in September 2007 and is located in the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. As of the date hereof, EOS has thirteen restaurants (seven company-owned and six franchised or licensed), in the United States with many more planned or under development, including a company-owned location in Disneyland Paris, France. The Company intends to open up to six Earl of Sandwich branded restaurants in the UK over the next two years (to end 2013) in a structured expansion programme.
